Yes. A decant is filled from the original perfume bottle itself, so it's the same scent and the same quality; only the size is different.

A decant is a small amount of an original perfume, filled from the original bottle into a small one. It lets you try the scent before you buy the full bottle.

From 5 to 50 ml for most perfumes, and 3 to 30 ml for some Ibraq scents. The sizes available for each perfume are shown on its page.

Most are. If a perfume comes in decants, you'll see the sizes on its page. Boxes and sets are sold as they are.

5 ml to get to know a scent, 10 or 15 ml for a longer try or your bag, and 20, 30 or 50 ml when you know you love it and want it around for a while.

Each piece shows its size by age (for example 6–9 months, 2–3 years or 7 years), exactly as on the piece's label.

Usually not. Most are a single piece per size, and once it's sold it's gone. Ask us on WhatsApp to check a piece is still here, or if you're after a specific size.

Send us your child's age and size on WhatsApp, and we'll let you know if something in that size comes in.

We ship to all 27 governorates in Egypt.

The shipping fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout. If your governorate's fee isn't set on the site yet, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before shipping.

Delivery time depends on your governorate; we confirm it with you on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.

On the “Track your order” page, with your order code and the last 4 digits of your phone number, or message us on WhatsApp.

Cash on delivery; any other payment method we offer is shown at checkout. There are no card payments on the site.

We're still adding prices to the site. Tap the button to ask for the price on WhatsApp on the product page: the message is written for you with the product and size, and we'll reply with the price.

If you chose a transfer at checkout, wait until we've confirmed the total with shipping on WhatsApp, then send us a screenshot of the transfer with your order code.

Yes. If an item is faulty or arrived wrong, you have 30 days to exchange or return it at no cost. If you change your mind, sealed bottles and kids' clothes that are still as they arrived have 14 days. The details are on the “Exchanges & returns” page.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order code and a photo of the problem, ideally as soon as it arrives. If it's faulty or wrong, we exchange it or refund you, and we pay the shipping.

Decants are filled especially for you from the original bottle, so for hygiene reasons we can't take them back or exchange them unless they're faulty or arrived wrong. If you're unsure, start with a 5 ml decant or ask us before you order.
