Products
Every perfume we sell is 100% original. Decants are filled from the original bottle. A scent can smell slightly different from one skin to another, and colours in photos may differ slightly depending on your screen.
Prices
Prices are in Egyptian pounds. If a product says “Ask for price”, we send you the price on WhatsApp. Shipping is separate and depends on your governorate.
Ordering and confirmation
An order is confirmed once we've contacted you on WhatsApp and agreed the details. Kids' pieces are usually one per size, so if a piece sells before your order is confirmed, we tell you straight away.
Payment
Pay cash on delivery; any other payment method we offer is shown at checkout. There are no card payments on the site.
Shipping and exchanges
Shipping and delivery follow our Shipping policy; exchanges and returns follow our Exchanges & returns policy and Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
