What we collect when you order
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number (and a second number if you like), governorate, city or area, address and any notes you write, along with the products and your payment method.
This is stored in the shop's database and used only to confirm your order with you, deliver it and contact you about it.
Who sees your data
Only the shop owner, plus the delivery company, which receives your name, phone and address to deliver your order. The shop receives an email with the details of each new order. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cart and wishlist
Your cart, wishlist and recently viewed items are saved only on your device (in your browser's localStorage) and don't reach us unless you place an order. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Anonymous counts
To learn what you're looking for, so we can stock and price it, the site counts things like how often a product page is opened, how many people asked for the price of a size on WhatsApp, and what words are searched for (anything that looks like a phone number, an email, a link or a social-media handle is never recorded). The search words themselves are kept for 13 months, anonymously, never tied to a visit or a person. All of this is kept only as daily totals, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you: no name, number or IP address.
If your browser sends "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control", nothing is counted at all. The totals are deleted after 13 months, only the shop owner sees them, and they're never shared.
Order tracking
To see an order's status you need the order code and the last 4 digits of your phone number. The tracking page shows the order status and items only, never your name, phone number or address.
Security and cookies
The site runs on Cloudflare, and the order form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam and fake orders. We use no advertising or ad-tracking tools. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to run and protect the site.
Waitlist ("first to know")
If you leave your number to hear first when a size or a perfume arrives, we keep your WhatsApp number, what you asked for (sizes or the perfume size, and, if you chose them, girl/boy and the type of piece), when you agreed and which version of the consent text you agreed to, and the site language. We don't ask for your name. We use the number for one thing only: to message you ourselves on WhatsApp, from Bloom Store's number, when what you asked for arrives. It is not added to any marketing list and not shared with anyone. Your sign-up is deleted automatically after 90 days, and you can cancel it any time with the "Change or cancel your sign-up" link or by messaging us on WhatsApp.
Buyer reviews (ratings and photos)
After your order arrives, we may send you a private link for that order on WhatsApp so you can review what you bought. The link works for 60 days, and without it no one can write a review for your order. Reviewing is entirely optional.
If you send a review we keep: your star rating, your words if you wrote any, your photos if you added any (up to 3 per product), the product and order the review is about, the page language, when you sent it, and your consent to publish it. Photos are resized on your device before they are sent, and on our server we remove their location (GPS) and any other hidden data.
Nothing is published until the shop owner has checked and approved it. A published review is signed "A Bloom Store customer", or with your first name only if you chose that, and shows the month. We never publish your phone number, address, full name or order code. We may correct a typo only (and we say so next to the review), reply to the review as Bloom Store, or hide a photo.
If a review isn't published, its photos are deleted straight away. To have a published review taken down, message us on WhatsApp and we'll remove it.
Retention and your rights
We keep order details for follow-up, exchanges and bookkeeping. To see or delete the data we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp at 01067223970.
