We ship to all 27 governorates in Egypt.
Shipping fees
The shipping fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout before you confirm. If your governorate's fee isn't set on the site yet, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before shipping.
Delivery times
Delivery time depends on your governorate; we tell you on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
Times count from when your order is confirmed, and we let you know on WhatsApp when it's on its way.
Order confirmation
After you order, we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the order, address and shipping fee. If you chose to pay by transfer at checkout, send us a screenshot of the transfer with your order code.
Receiving your order
Your order is delivered by the shipping company's courier.
If you won't be home at delivery time, tell us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange another time.
